Long Bio:
Elaine Dundon, MBA has always blazed her own trail. After completing her undergraduate degree in business at
Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada, she began her career in the banking and accounting industries. But Elaine soon found that her real
passion was for marketing, business planning, and design. She began her marketing career with an M.B.A. degree from the University

It was during this time that Elaine saw the potential to merge the areas of business strategy, organizational development, marketing,
and design. In 1995, Elaine founded The Innovation Group to create a niche in the emerging field of Innovation Management. Over
the next twelve years, she established herself as a thought leader in designing and managing innovation. Her approach to Innovation
Management is recognized internationally for being firmly grounded in theory and practice. Among other things, Elaine co-designed
and co-taught the first of its kind, integrated course on Innovation Management for the business program at the University of Toronto.
She is also the author of the international best-selling book, The Seeds of Innovation, which was named by The Globe and Mail
as a "top 10 business read" and has appeared on numerous top ten best-selling lists since its initial release. The Seeds of Innovation
has been translated to meet the growing demand in the Chinese and Russian markets, as well as has just been published by Prentice-Hall of
India for that country's expanding market.. Elaine's work has been featured in numerous publications around the world, including The Futurist,
Global CEO, Executive Excellence, Productivity Digest, Leadership Excellence, HR Innovator, among others.
